Terms & Conditions


  • Please input the invoice number as the reference/transfer details on your bank transfer.
  • Please email us at a copy of the bank transfer receipt upon payment.


  • Order will not be processed until full payment has been received.
  • If full payment is received after cut off time, order will be processed the next day, and will then be dispatched within 1-2 day. The cut off time for Monday-Friday is 6 pm, Saturday is 1 pm, Sunday & Public holidays is 3 pm.
  • Order will be automatically cancelled if full payment is not received within 3 working days after the requested delivery date.
  • Order will be delivered to the recipient's address you provide when you place your order.
  • In the event that the flavour you ordered is unavailable, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative flavour, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering.
  • Whilst we try our best to ensure special instructions from customers are followed, we reserve the right not to fulfill any special requests.

  • We will not dispatch any order until payment is received in full.
  • Fully paid order is normally dispatched within 1-2 day.
  • If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 days, we will inform an estimated dispatch date to the e-mail address you provided with the order. Please ensure your email address is correct as all email communications will be sent to this email.


  • The delivery date specified in your order is the date of the day you wanted your order to arrive at recipient's address.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 day from dispatch.
  • We cannot accept time request for delivery but our commitment is to deliver within 1-2 days after payment is paid in full.
  • We will not be liable for failing to meet our delivery commitment time for any shipment with an incomplete or incorrect recipient address

Refund policy

  • No refund, exchange or cancellation is permitted once an order has been confirmed and payment made.
